Language problems (spanish instead of english)

I didn't like anything about my stay at this hotel. Don't ever stay anywhere that they leave you a notice saying "for your hygiene, please done bring food in the room". It felt like the kind of place where a crumb would encourage every rodent to emerge when the lights went out. It just goes to show you, you get what you pay for. 40 Euros, even in a small town, is just too little to spend for a nice, clean room.

Our stay at Hotel Santillana was a true value for money. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with beautiful bed linen and a clean, fresh bathroom. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially the English-speaking receptionist. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more diverse food options.

All in all magnificent and lovely setting very close to restaurants, a square in the middle of the village, and old town. Also, in the village centre. Large bed in double room with central heating, a flat screen TV, and a writing table.

the atmosphere created was quiet. the breakfast was satisfactory at the desk; and the staff was excellent.

Convenient location right next to the famous Cave of Altamira, so you can practically roll out of bed and be there in no time! 🕵️‍♂️

Great spot just opposite the entrance to the old part of town was definitely a bonus! 🏰

Staying at this hotel was a great decision. I particularly enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were very well-maintained, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking was easy to find and convenient. Not to mention, the hotel's central location made it a breeze to explore this charming town.

Located near the entrance of the touristic part of the village, this hotel has fabulous and quirky corners for private moments. Carefully decorated living rooms make you feel at home. For better food experiences, we recommend exploring the cafes in the area, one of which serves excellent Indian curries.

The hotel was ideally located near all amenities and had good parking. the room itself was clean, nicely decorated and had all the necessary amenities, including tea/coffee facilities, a flat screen TV, and a comfortable bed. the complementary breakfast was tasty and set us up perfectly for the day ahead.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Santillana is a charming village that hasn't been overly affected by tourism. The hotel is divided into two buildings, one modern and one old, and I stayed in the old building which is absolutely stunning. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, overlooking a picturesque square and garden. The service was excellent, and everything was immaculately clean. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful getaway.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, being just a short walk away from all the main attractions. , the staff were extremely pet friendly and accommodating, even offering dog beds! Lastly, the tea and coffee facilities in the clean and nicely furnished rooms were a great touch.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was a limited choice of fresh fruit, and the fruit juice was not as plentiful as one would expect in this region.

Mind-blowing staff with impeccable English and super helpful attitude. Quirky and charming decor adds to the fun. Fantastic location and great value for comfortable accommodation and delicious breakfasts.
